Our setup guarantee (Live and answering within 7 days, or your setup is free.) applies to the standard engagement and excludes delays caused by client-side asset delivery, carrier registration delays outside our control, and force majeure. Full terms in the MSA.

Compliance disclosures applicable to the underlying service (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, AI identification) are documented separately and enforced operationally.
